The theatres typical opening times are 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m, unless the theatre has been privately booked for a different event
Tickets can be purchased online with a credit/debit card, PromptPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay etc.
You may also purchase tickets on the door subject to seat availability!
Under normal circumstances, tickets are non-refundable due to commissions paid to agents and seat availability.
If the show is canceled due to unforeseen events, a full refund will be issued!

Yes, the first 4 rows of seating can be accessed at ground level!
As soon as the payment has cleared, you will automatically receive an E-Ticket via email with your order number and selected seats, simply show this to the usher and they will guide you to your seat!
